It is very important that the answers you give to the questions asked in your job interview are given with full confidence. Therefore, giving the interviewer an impression that you are answering the questions asked spontaneously, gives a good impression that is beneficial.

When the interviewer asks questions about your previous job and the colleagues you worked with in that company, it is important you are positive about your previous job experience. Never complain or grumble about the previous company you worked for and the related issues, as these questions are asked to test your relations with the colleagues of that company. Always remember the answers you give to questions about your previous employment reflect your interpersonal skills and ability to work in co-operation with others.

Therefore, be positive and do not refer to any conflicts or arguments that you may have had while working there. Similarly, never complain about the management of that company. Present your previous job experience in a positive way to show that you were got on well with everybody. You can even stress that you had very good relationships with your co-workers in your previous job. If possible, give some examples of quotes from your previous co-workers saying that you were are very good worker and colleague.

However you may be asked some questions where your honest opinion will prove good even though it may be little distracting for the interviewer. For example, the interviewer may ask you whether you are trying for other jobs. A short and honest answer should not cause a problem. Say you are hoping you will be offered the job you are being interviewed for, but if you are not successful, you will be applying for similar jobs in other organisations.

The answers to job interview questions that are seeking to find out whether you would be content to work for this company require some knowledge about the company. All your answers should be supported by a suitable data.

One of the crucial question asked in an interview is regarding your salary expectations. You should never try to answer this question directly. You should say that it would depend upon the job responsibilities. Alternatively, you can put the ball in his court by asking the interviewer the approximate range offered for that position.

If you are an experienced person in job field that you are applying for then the interviewer may ask about the skills you possess and various cases wherein your skills were put to use.. For this question, you should always be prepared with example to which you can refer.
